We’re here to provide you with a comfortable experience and a great hairstyle. Our small team works hard to make your time with us enjoyable and full of smiles. To ensure everyone has a pleasant visit, we’d like to share a few requests and guidelines. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!​​

ご予約・施術について

  • ご予約のお時間に遅れる場合は、できるだけ事前にご連絡いただければ幸いです。お時間によっては施術内容を調整させていただくことがあります。

  • スタッフはお客様のご要望を丁寧にお伺いし、最適な施術をご提案します。ただし、安全や技術的な理由により、ご希望に沿えない場合もございます。その際はご了承ください。

  • 他のお客様やスタッフへの迷惑となる行為、過度なご要望が見られた場合、やむを得ず施術をお断りすることがあります。お互いを尊重し、快適な空間を一緒に作っていけたら嬉しいです。

料金・返金について

  • 施術料金はメニューに記載の通りです。特別なご依頼があった場合、追加料金をご相談させていただくことがあります。

  • 施術後の返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。もしご満足いただけなかった場合は、その場でお気軽にお申し出ください。状況に応じて対応いたしますが、無料での施術は行っておりませんのでご理解ください。​

お店でのお願い

  • お店の中ではお互いに気持ちよく過ごせるよう、大きな声でのお話し合いや他のお客様へのご配慮をお願いします。

  • スタッフへの尊重も大切にしていただければ幸いです。私たちも笑顔で丁寧な対応をお約束します。

Reservations & Services

  • If you’re running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, we may need to adjust your service.

  • Our staff will listen to your requests carefully and suggest the best options. However, due to safety or technical reasons, we might not always be able to meet every request. We appreciate your understanding.

  • If we notice excessive demands or behavior that disturbs others, we may have to decline service. Let’s work together to keep the space respectful and comfortable for everyone.​

Pricing & Refunds

  • Service prices are as listed on our menu. For special requests, we may discuss additional charges with you.

  • We don’t offer refunds after a service is completed. If you’re not satisfied, please let us know right away—we’ll do our best to address it. Please note that we don’t provide free services, and we thank you for your understanding.

At the Salon

  • We’d appreciate it if you could keep conversations at a considerate volume and be mindful of others in the salon.

  • Treating our staff with respect means a lot to us. In return, we promise to serve you with smiles and care.
